A Message From Eva

Like many businesses, ENC began because I saw an opportunity in the market. I was frustrated when I often hired ad agencies and marketing companies, and then had to train them on government marketing. The agencies I worked with also suffered from frequent staff turnover – I finally had trained an account manager, only to have them leave the agency.

Throughout ENC’s history I’ve been fortunate to work with a team of like-minded people – seasoned, committed marketing professionals who also wanted to focus on providing high quality service and innovative solutions, while at the same time, having fun! ENC wouldn’t be where it is today, without the contribution of our many dedicated and talented ENCers.

Early on we stressed the importance of “business-driven creativity”, meaning many people can design beautiful creative: only an experienced marketing practitioner knows how to effectively craft a message that’s relevant, and then skillfully deploy that message in order to change perceptions and cause action.

Our vision has remained consistent. We want to continue to provide innovative solutions that may be out-of-the-box – but generate results. We want to cause results for our customers. We want every customer to feel that they received value from working with ENC. We want to be irreplaceable! And we want to continue to earn the privilege to work with the very best clients!

Change is the only thing that’s constant. We know that in order to lead, and provide our clients with “irreplaceable” service, we need to continue to invest in our employees (so we’re able to attract the best of the best), our knowledge, methodologies, and infrastructure. We will also continue to live our company values of Passion, Entrepreneurship, Community, Customer Focus, Team Work, Creativity, Flexibility, and Excellence because we believe these values will guide us in providing the highest level of service, marketing, and outreach for our clients.
