Director of Account Services (DAS)
[See Full Position Description] This senior management position is responsible for managing ENC’s Account Directors and communications teams that deliver all ENC consulting and strategic services. This position is also responsible for successfully managing business development within existing accounts in a manner that is consistent with the firm’s overall business strategy. The DAS will also work with ENC’s Executive team to develop and implement new business development strategies, including creating and managing strategic alliances, providing strategic proposal support, and participating in industry networking opportunities. The DAS will work with team members to improve office and Client Services efficiency through the implementation of new processes and automation.
Account Director:
[See Full Position Description] This senior position will report directly to the Director of Account Services. The Account Director (AD) is responsible for creating and managing large, national communications and marketing programs targeted toward private and public sector audiences. The AD will set the strategic direction for accounts, manage the details related to implementing programs, and ultimately grow ENC’s business within these accounts. The AD will be successful at working with a variety of levels within a client’s organizations, but in particular with executives and C-level managers. The AD will manage a team of account managers, subcontractors and creative team members to successfully deliver results to each account; develop communications plans using proven communications techniques and the agencies proprietary methodologies; and, manage program budgets and project teams.
